Role Overview We are looking for an energetic and motivated Salesperson to join our team.

The role involves on-ground sales , client handling , and market development for FRP products. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to convert leads into long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities Visit clients, dealers, and distributors to promote and sell FRP products

Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners

Understand customer needs and suggest suitable product solutions

Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets

Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery follow-up

Maintain sales records, follow-ups, and reporting regularly

Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and field activities

Qualifications 12th pass / Graduate in any field (Commerce or Marketing preferred)

2–7 years of experience in field sales , preferably in building materials, infrastructure, or construction products

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp, Email)

Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel locally
