Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Salesperson located in Chandigarh, India. The Retail Salesperson will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting jewellery, providing product knowledge, facilitating sales transactions, and delivering excellent customer service. Daily tasks include maintaining store displays, managing inventory, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.

Qualifications

Knowledge of Product Knowledge and Retail Sales

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills

Experience in Sales

Excellent interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

Previous retail experience, preferably in the jewellery industry
