Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Associate located in Noida. The Real Estate Sales Associate will be responsible for managing client inquiries, providing detailed information on property listings, scheduling and conducting property viewings, and assisting clients in making informed purchasing decisions. The role also involves maintaining client relationships, negotiating deals, and closing sales.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of real estate market trends and property management
• Client relationship management and strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively communicate and present information
• Negotiation skills and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in sales and customer service
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and real estate software tools
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Valid real estate license is a plus
