Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Salesperson located in Noida. The Salesperson will be responsible for managing client relationships, performing property showings, negotiating sales deals, and closing transactions. Day-to-day tasks include lead generation, maintaining a database of potential buyers and sellers, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction. The role also involves staying updated with the latest market trends and property laws.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service skills
• Valid Real Estate License and knowledge of Real Property
• Experience in Real Estate and Sales (6 months to 2 year)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and onsite in Noida
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is a plus
• Familiarity with the Noida NCR real estate market
