Job Description

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs).
• Prepare and review reports, filings, and disclosures for regulatory authorities.
• Assist in drafting and maintaining compliance policies and procedures.
• Conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address compliance-related queries and issues.
• Monitor changes in regulations and advise on their impact on operations.
• Support the legal team in handling investor agreements and documentation.
• Maintain accurate compliance records and documentation for audits and inspections.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Compliance AIF Associate (CS) should have :

• Professional qualification as a Company Secretary (CS).
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks governing AIFs and financial services.
• Experience in compliance or legal roles within the investment or asset management industry.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
