Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Lead located in Noida. The Technical Lead will be responsible for overseeing the technical team, developing and implementing technical strategies, ensuring project delivery timelines are met, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role involves leading technical discussions, managing software development life cycle, resolving technical issues, and ensuring high-quality technical solutions. The Technical Lead will also be involved in mentoring team members and providing technical guidance.

Qualifications

• Technical skills in software development, system architecture, and database management
• Project management skills including planning, execution, and delivery
• Team leadership and mentoring skills
• Experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving in technical environments
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Experience in the publishing or e-commerce industry is a plus
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and DevOps practices is beneficial
