About the Role :

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Tech Lead

to guide our development teams across diverse technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership qualities, and the ability to architect scalable solutions. As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for driving the design, development, and delivery of high-quality software products while mentoring the team to achieve technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead a team of software developers across multiple technologies and platforms.

Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Provide architectural direction and make decisions on system design, frameworks, and coding standards.

Review code, ensure best practices, and maintain high standards for software quality.

Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle, from requirement analysis to deployment and maintenance.

Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.

Mentor and coach team members, helping them grow in their technical and professional skills.

Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend adoption where beneficial.

Drive Agile practices, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.

Ensure security, scalability, and performance considerations are built into solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Education :

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Experience :

7–10 years in software development, with at least 2–3 years in a lead / mentorship role.

Strong expertise in one or more of the following areas :

Backend :  Node.js, Nest JS, Java, .NET, Python, PHP, or similar.

Frontend : React, Angular, Vue.js, or similar frameworks.

Mobile : Android, iOS, Flutter, React Native.

Cloud & DevOps : AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, CI / CD.

Databases : SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MS SQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis, Cassandra).

Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and microservices.

Hands-on experience with version control systems (Git), project management tools (Jira, Trello), and Agile methodologies.

Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.

Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience in leading cross-functional and distributed teams.

Exposure to AI / ML, Data Engineering, or Cybersecurity (a plus).

Certifications in cloud technologies or project management (e.g., AWS, Azure, PMP, Scrum Master).
