Description

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals for the Direct Sales position in India. This role is ideal for freshers or entry-level candidates who are eager to kickstart their career in sales and are passionate about building relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and assess competition.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and materials.
  • Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • A passion for sales and a desire to grow within the industry.
