Job Overview :

  • The GNM is responsible for ensuring effective execution of duties within the assigned domain. The role involves a combination of technical expertise, problem-solving, and collaboration to achieve company goals
  • Clinical knowledge pertaining to clinical history taking, prescription and medicines
  • Responsible for coordinating Tele-consultations
  • Responsible for registration, clinical history taking, remote examination of the patient and necessary documentations.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve workflow and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and enhance productivity.
  • Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any challenges that arise in day-to-day operations.
  • Provide mentorship and training to junior team members when required.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and implement best practices.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and drive innovation.

    • Requirements :
