Job description

Key Responsibilities :

Data Collection and Analysis :

Collect, analyze, and interpret data to understand customer behavior, market trends, and the competitive landscape.
Use quantitative and qualitative data to inform product decisions.

Report and Dashboard Development :

Develop reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to guide product decision-making.

Present data in a clear and actionable format for stakeholders.

Market Research :

Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay up-to-date on industry trends.

Analyze competitors' products, features, and strategies to find areas for improvement.

Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams :

Work closely with product management, engineering, design, and other teams to drive product development and launch.

Ensure alignment between teams and stakeholders on product goals and KPIs.

Customer Understanding :

Develop and maintain a deep understanding of target customers, their needs, pain points, and how they interact with products.

Leverage customer insights to inform product roadmaps.

Product Roadmap and Prioritization :

Use data-driven insights to prioritize features, bug fixes, and improvements in the product roadmap.

Assist in defining product features and their impact on customers.

Customer Feedback :

Conduct customer interviews and surveys to gather feedback on product performance.

Use feedback to generate actionable insights that drive product improvements.

Product Performance Monitoring :

Continuously monitor and analyze product performance to identify opportunities for optimization.

Track and report on product metrics, such as user engagement, conversion rates, and retention.

Communication and Reporting :

Communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management.

Support the development of product strategies and decision-making processes based on data.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Product Analyst, Data Analyst, or in a similar analytical role.

Strong analytical skills, with experience using data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Google Analytics, Tableau).

Ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights for product development.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Knowledge of product development processes and the ability to work cross-functionally.

Experience conducting market research and customer interviews is a plus.
