Description : About the Role :
We are seeking a dynamic Business Analyst cum Product Owner to drive the development and enhancement of our Educational ERP system.
You will act as the bridge between stakeholders, users, and the technical teamensuring product requirements are well-defined, user-focused, and aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements from educational institutions.
- Conduct stakeholder workshops and process analysis sessions.
- Prepare SRS, FRS, BRD, project scope, and integration documents.
- Define and manage product backlog, sprints, and roadmaps.
- Collaborate with design, development, and QA for timely delivery.
- Conduct UAT, training sessions, and monitor feature adoption.
- Translate educational workflows (admissions, academics, HR, finance, library, transport, etc.) into effective ERP features.
- Support pre-sales, demos, and implementation with functional expertise.
Required Skills :
Masters or Bachelors in Computer Science, Business, EdTech, or related field.4+ years as a Business Analyst / Product Owner (ERP / EdTech preferred).Strong knowledge of educational workflows (K-12, Higher Ed, Vocational).Expertise in Agile / Scrum, Jira, Confluence, Figma, Lucidchart.Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Preferred : Experience with modular ERP (academics, finance, HR, LMS), NEP 2020, NAAC / NBA, MIS reporting.
