Key Responsibilities :
- Product Analysis : Conduct detailed analysis of product performance, including user engagement, usage patterns, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Customer Feedback : Gather, synthesize, and analyze customer feedback from surveys, reviews, and direct feedback to identify pain points and areas for improvement.
- Competitive Analysis : Monitor and analyze competitor products, features, and market trends to identify emerging opportunities and threats.
- Market Research : Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and customer preferences to help shape the product strategy.
- Data Interpretation : Translate product performance data into actionable insights and recommendations for product enhancements and new features.
- Feature Prioritization : Work with the product management team to prioritize and define features based on data-driven insights.
- User Persona Development : Assist in the development and refinement of user personas to guide product development and marketing initiatives.
- A / B Testing : Plan, execute, and analyze A / B tests to assess the impact of product changes and new features.
- Product Documentation : Create and maintain product documentation, including requirements, user stories, and feature specifications.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to ensure product alignment and successful product launches.
- Reporting : Prepare and present regular reports and dashboards to communicate product performance, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)Proven experience in product analysis or a related role with a history of contributing to product improvementsProficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization toolsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insightsFamiliarity with product management methodologies and development processesExcellent communication and collaboration skillsFamiliarity with user research methods and tools is a plusExperience with A / B testing and experimentation platforms is a plusCertification in product management or related fields is a plusSkills Required
