Role Overview :

We are looking for a UI Interaction Designer with hands-on experience in crafting interactive prototypes and micro-interactions that bring digital products to life. You will work on user flows, transitions, and interaction states using After Effects (for prototyping) along with other UI / UX design tools. This role is perfect for someone who can combine design thinking with interaction finesse to create intuitive, delightful user experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and deliver UI interactions, micro-interactions, and transition flows for web and mobile applications.
• Use After Effects and prototyping tools to visualize and validate interactions before development.
• Collaborate with UX designers, UI designers, and developers to ensure seamless design-to-development handoff.
• Translate static UI screens into interactive journeys that improve usability and engagement.
• Maintain consistency by contributing to interaction design guidelines and design systems.
• Stay updated with UI patterns and interaction design trends to continuously improve product :
• 2- 3 years of professional experience in UI Interaction Design.
• Strong expertise in Adobe After Effects for interaction prototyping.
• Proficiency in UI design tools like Figma / Sketch / Adobe XD.
• Good understanding of UX principles, usability heuristics, and interaction best practices.
• Ability to create high-fidelity prototypes to demonstrate interactions and design intent.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Portfolio showcasing UI interactions, prototypes, and micro-interaction design work (mandatory).
