Location : South Mumbai (On-Site at Partner Hospital)
AnginaX is transforming cardiovascular prevention in India. We’re hiring a Hospital Software Support Engineer to ensure seamless technology operations on-ground.
You will play a mission-critical role in supporting doctors and hospital staff as they use the AnginaX AI system.
What You’ll Do
- Support doctors and medical teams using AnginaX AI during OPD operations.
- Assist with patient data entry, EMR coordination, and AI-based workflow execution.
- Troubleshoot real-time software issues (login errors, setup, connectivity, workflow blocks).
- Provide hands-on product training to hospital administrators and staff.
- Work closely with the AnginaX engineering team to report issues and improve system stability.
- Ensure smooth operations during the pilot and daily OPD workflow.
