We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Reservations & Sales team.
About the Role :
Our ideal candidate will possess a strong background in travel operations, with expertise in reservations, ticketing, and customer support.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and managing PNRs, queue placements, and ticketing with all required elements.
Key Responsibilities :
- Create and manage PNRs, queue placements, and ticketing with all required elements.
- Handle end-to-end ticketing operations including refunds, exchanges, voids, insurance sales, and fare reissues.
- Utilize advanced GDS and NDC systems to issue tickets, process refunds, and optimize fare solutions.
- Accurately calculate manual reissues, partial refunds, and fare differences when required.
- Process waivers and refunds via airline portals; follow up directly with airlines for resolution.
- Manage escalated or urgent cases—especially for stranded passengers—by quickly identifying and executing appropriate solutions.
- Conduct regular ticket quality checks and reporting; maintain operational accuracy and compliance.
