Airial is reimagining travel planning with artificial intelligence. We're looking for a visionary creative director to define how that story comes to life across multiple platforms.
What you'll do
Define our Creative Voice Across Platforms :
- Lead the creative vision and execution for our brand presence, making us a leading name in AI-powered travel inspiration.
- Develop concepts, campaigns, and formats that are visually striking, emotionally resonant, and highly shareable.
- This isn’t a role for content churners or clickbaiters - quality over gimmicks.
Bridge Creativity with Product & Community :
Collaborate closely with product and growth teams to turn our AI travel experiences into stunning content.Stay ahead of trends, audio memes, design styles, and storytelling techniques. Anticipate cultural shifts and translate them into fresh travel narratives that resonate with global audiences.Engage with our growing community of travelers, creators, and influencers to amplify reach and authenticity.Lead Teams, Partners & Creators :
Own relationships with video editors, agencies, and UGC creators — directing their work to meet our creative standards.Manage influencer strategy and outreach : identify the right partners, negotiate collaborations, and design creative briefs that drive genuine engagement.Lead by example : while you’ll primarily guide teams, you should be comfortable making light edits, creating static assets, and showing what ‘good’ can look like.Evaluate & Scale Our Brand Identity :
Craft a distinct creative direction for our brand—owning visual identity, tone, and campaign look / feel across channels.Develop style guides, templates, and storytelling principles that scale across markets and collaborators.About Us
We’re a remote company based in India with founders in the San Francisco Bay Area. The team is split across US and India.
Requirements
Must-haves :
2+ years of creative leadership experience in social media, digital storytelling, or brand.Proven track record of building and scaling brand presence on TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube.Strong design sensibility, with experience directing video, graphic, and motion assets.Good to have :
Experience in the travel, lifestyle, or consumer tech industry.Past success building or managing influencer and UGC programs.Familiarity with AI creative tools and workflows.
