Job Purpose

To provide expert HR support and strategic guidance across the organization, ensuring HR practices are aligned with business objectives and compliant with current legislation. The role involves partnering with stakeholders to deliver people solutions and manage HR operations for employees across multiple locations in India.

Key Responsibilities

Provide expert HR advice and coaching to stakeholders on policies, procedures, and employment legislation.

Translate business requirements into effective HR strategies aligned with corporate and departmental goals.

Support managers in handling complex employee cases including performance, attendance, and disciplinary issues.

Drive change management initiatives in support of organizational projects and transformations.

Promote and support diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization.

Champion health and well-being initiatives to foster a positive work environment.

Contribute to Learning & Development activities by identifying needs and supporting training programs.

Ensure effective communication across all levels of the organization, fostering transparency and trust.

Manage HR operations for employees across multiple locations in India, ensuring consistency and compliance.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

Bachelors / Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field

6–10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in IT Services

Experience managing HR operations for employees across multiple locations in India

Exposure to HR COE functions (Talent, L&D, Rewards, ER, etc.)

Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and compliance

Proven experience in HR project management and change initiatives

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills

Willingness to travel domestically as required
