Workday Technical Analyst

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Workday Techno-Functional Consultant with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Core HCM and Absence Management . The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in managing functional configurations and should be comfortable working across business and technical teams to support and optimize Workday processes. • Ensure accurate worker data management and seamless organizational structure updates.

Absence Management Administration

Business Process (Workflow) Configuration & Optimization

Define condition rules, approval chains, notifications, and security policies within workflows to ensure smooth and compliant HR operations.
