Job Overview

We are seeking an ambitious Account Executive to join our dynamic team in Bangalore Urban. This full-time position is ideal for freshers with a maximum of 1 year of experience. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing client relationships and logistics coordination, supporting customer inquiries, and optimizing our service delivery. Immediate joiners are preferred for this role.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Familiarity with logistics coordination is a must as it is crucial for managing transportation and shipment processes effectively. (Mandatory skill)
  • Experience or knowledge in using CRM software to manage customer data, streamline communication, and enhance customer relationship management practices.
  • Proficient in client relationship management, focusing on understanding client needs and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Strong communication skills are essential for interacting with clients and internal teams, and for resolving any issues effectively.
  • Basic understanding of attendance management systems to ensure accurate tracking of employee attendance and absences.
  • Adept at lead generation techniques to identify and attract potential clients that align with business objectives.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks, and prioritize work to meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative solutions and strategies that improve operational efficiency.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients by understanding their logistical needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Coordinate and manage the end-to-end logistics process, ensuring that all shipments are processed and delivered on time.
  • Assist in enhancing customer engagement and satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and addressing client queries promptly.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage and update client information, ensuring all records are accurate and accessible.
  • Collaborate with the sales and operations team to generate leads and convert them into loyal customers.
  • Monitor and report on logistics performance metrics, using insights to propose improvements and implement effective solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies by maintaining up-to-date knowledge in logistics practices.
