We are seeking an experienced Associate Director | Office Space Leasing to provide comprehensive real estate services, ensuring client and organizational interests are met. This leadership role involves leading key discussions and negotiations on the acquisition, management, and disposal of land and facilities. You will be responsible for setting and achieving targets, managing team performance, and maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning & Business Development :
- Perform a large volume and variety of real estate transaction projects to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Implement real estate plans for key accounts and new business, with a deep understanding of clients' strategic real estate goals.
- Assist with project initiation, scope definition, and adherence to client priorities and milestones.
- Identify and recommend initiatives for increased revenue and the management of business leads.
- Team & Stakeholder Management :
- Manage timelines and KRAs for the team, and actively participate in subordinate feedback, appraisals, and performance reviews.
- Manage external relationships with clients, industry forums, professional bodies, and partners.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, facilitating clear and effective communication.
- Maintain internal relationships with peers, directors, and senior management.
- Transaction & Financial Analysis :
- Oversee a variety of analyses and documents, including Requests for Proposals (RFPs) , proposal comparison packages , and letters of intent , for quality and innovation.
- Approve, review, and interpret financial analysis templates, including book and cash flow projections, NPV (net present value), and / or IRR (internal rate of return) .
- Act as both a landlord / seller agent and tenant / buyer agent, effectively negotiating business terms for a wide variety of commercial real estate products.
- Compliance & Quality Assurance :
- Adhere to all state real estate agency requirements and ensure compliance with corporate policies related to conflicts of interest.
- Administer the quality assurance program , track and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) , and manage customer satisfaction surveys.
- Resolve landlord-tenant issues / disputes as needed.
- Work closely with internal and client teams (Lease Administration, Project Management, etc.) to ensure seamless service integration.
