Key Deliverables :
- Own GMV growth, seller experience, and P&L for the assigned business unit
- Build and lead high-performing business teams to scale seller categories and user reach
- Develop and execute selection and category strategies based on customer behavior insights
- Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement across business levers
