Are you an ambitious E-Commerce leader with a passion for scaling consumer brands across marketplaces?
We’re looking for a dynamic E-Commerce Head to drive our digital growth across leading e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives on ownership, data, and delivering impact.
What You’ll Do
- Own and drive P&L for all e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, etc.) with a sharp focus on Amazon.
- Lead marketplace strategy - promotions, A+ content, ads, pricing, listings, keyword optimization, and inventory planning.
- Expand into quick commerce - Zepto, Blinkit, and more - building rapid growth strategies and ensuring execution excellence.
- Boost visibility through collaborations with marketing teams for influencer and performance campaigns.
- Leverage data for deep competitive analysis, identifying product gaps and consumer trends.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with design, supply chain, and CX teams to deliver an exceptional brand experience.
- Mentor and manage a small, high-performing e-commerce team.
What We’re Looking For
6+ years of experience, with at least 4 years in e-commerce marketplace management.Proven success in managing and scaling Amazon accounts.Experience in personal care, health & wellness, or consumer electronics industries.Strong command of Amazon Vendor / Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and advertising tools.Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.High ownership mindset - proactive, organized, and comfortable in fast-paced setups.Why Join Us
