Are you an experienced professional with a passion for delivering top-notch IT Asset Management and Software Asset Management services? Do you have a knack for configuring systems, managing data, and ensuring seamless operations?

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Service Management Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support to clients in implementing and optimizing their ITAM and SAM solutions using the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities :

• Configure and maintain modules within the ServiceNow SAMPro platform, including Contracts, Entitlements, Software Models, Discovery Maps, Normalization, and Reconciliation.
• Perform entitlement-to-contract linking, assist in setting up license metrics, and execute structured data imports.
• Ensure alignment with change control practices and maintain audit-ready documentation.
• Support the creation and delivery of dashboard reports and platform health checks.
• Assist in drafting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), configuration guides, and client reference documentation.
