Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the configuration, implementation and optimization of our global benefits modules.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the implementation and configuration of our global benefits across large organizations.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their global benefits needs and design tailored solutions.
- Configure benefits programs, eligibility rules, enrollment workflows, and vendor integrations.
- Create and execute detailed test plans to ensure compliance and accuracy.
