Job Summary : We seek an experienced developer with expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM) modules, customization, scripting, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Create Workflows, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and UI Policies.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
