Experience - Business Partnering / HR Analytics / CHRO's office / TM CoE, Minimum 5 Years in a large Manufacturing set-up

🔹 Organization Design, Workforce Planning & Job Evaluation

🔹 Compensation Strategy, Salary Benchmarking & Annual Planning

🔹 Performance Management, Rewards Process, Promotions & Internal Movements

🔹 Succession Planning & Talent Pipeline Management
