Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Growth Marketer located in Mumbai. The Growth Marketer will be responsible for strategizing and executing marketing campaigns aimed at scaling the brand’s digital presence and customer base. Daily responsibilities include developing growth strategies, analyzing marketing metrics, driving lead generation initiatives, and identifying opportunities for optimization through data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Growth Marketing, Growth Hacking
• Proficiency in Marketing Analytics and Web Analytics
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools, platforms, and trends
• Ability to develop innovative campaigns and demonstrate creative thinking
• Experience in e-commerce or lifestyle brand marketing is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field
