Job Title : Influencer Marketing Manager – Logi5 Performance Business Unit

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies to drive brand visibility and ROI.

Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with influencers across various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).

Negotiate contracts, deliverables, and performance benchmarks with influencers and agencies.

Collaborate with internal teams to align influencer campaigns with broader marketing strategies.

Track, measure, and analyze the effectiveness of influencer campaigns using performance metrics.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in influencer marketing.

Manage influencer marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably within a performance-driven marketing environment.

Proven experience managing end-to-end influencer campaigns with measurable results.

Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing metrics.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
