Job Opportunity

By joining our team, you will have the chance to apply your skills to support business development activities such as identifying new opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and promoting D.B. Group’s integrated logistics solutions, making a direct impact on company growth, market positioning, and the delivery of seamless end-to-end solutions for our customers.

Main Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities to accelerate growth.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted partner.
  • Promote D.B. Group’s integrated logistics solutions, with a focus on Air & Ocean Freight and Contract Logistics.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to define and execute winning strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and international partners to deliver seamless, end-to-end solutions for our customers.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a proactive, results-driven professional with :

  • A strong track record in business development within freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain solutions.
  • Proven ability to drive sales growth and meet ambitious targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills at all levels.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a global team environment.
