Sales Manager
hire in India—a motivated, target-driven professional who wants to grow with us and shape EETECH’s success story here.
Key responsabilities
Identify and acquire SMB and BFSI clients for cloud, cybersecurity, and IT solutions.
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through outreach, networking, and events.
Drive
qualified meetings
and achieve quarterly revenue targets. [ Goal : 5 (five) call / week ]
Engage with CXOs, IT decision-makers, and influencers to understand client challenges.
Work closely with technical consultants to deliver tailored solutions.
Represent EETECH at local forums, meetups, and BFSI industry gatherings.
Requirements
2–4 years of proven B2B IT solutions sales experience (Cloud, Cybersecurity, IT Infrastructure).
Exposure to BFSI and SMB sectors is highly preferred.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills (English & Hindi; regional languages a plus).
Ability to build trust and close deals in a competitive market.
Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset—able to work independently as our first India sales hire.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
