Experience : 1-4 years (Startup experience is a plus)

Key Responsibilities :

IT Recruitment :

• Understand technical job requirements from engineering / product teams
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, GitHub, and tech communities
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR / tech screening (basic)
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and manage offer rollouts
• Hire for roles like : Full Stack Developer, React native developer, QA, Product Manager, UI / UX Designer, etc.
