The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a project from start to finish. This candidate will be able to create a plan of action which will consider a fixed timeline and evaluate risks. This individual should also have experience managing people and be an effective communicator.

Experience

3- 5 years in QS and Billing for Commerical , Residential and F&B spaces

Responsibilities

Prepare BoQs, estimate quantities / costs, and variation statements

Conduct detailed rate analysis and rate negotiations

Manage sub-vendor / contractor billing and commercials

Oversee payments, manage budgets, and ensure OHSE compliance

Validate QS-related documents and certify vendors&apos bills

Reconcile material issued and coordinate with clients for bill certification

Obtain approval for extra items and submit monthly RA bills and CTC reports

Qualifications

Architecture / Civil / Interior or a related field

Preferred Qualified from NICMAR, RICS or similar institute

Demonstrated ability to deliver a completed project

Strong communication skills

Experience working with a team
