SNAPIN is a fast-growing brand and a leader in the seasonings space in the country. Our success is a direct result of the passion and dedication of our team. We are now looking to expand our team to include a Brand Manager to help move SNAPIN closer to the consumer.

Role Description

We are seeking a Billing Executive to manage sales order processing, billing, and dispatch coordination. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented and comfortable working with ERP software and Microsoft Excel.

Key Responsibilities :

• Punch Sales Orders and generate Sales Invoices in ERP Next software
• Process expiry claims and prepare Credit Notes
• Handle General Trade receipts and coordinate dispatch with the factory
• Maintain accurate billing records and reports
• Support preparation of MIS reports when required
