QA Team Manager

Description

We are seeking an experienced QA Team Manager to lead our quality assurance efforts in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing, leadership experience, and a passion for ensuring the delivery of high-quality products.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the QA team to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Develop and implement test strategies, plans, and processes.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliverables.
• Oversee the creation and maintenance of test cases, test scripts, and test data.
• Monitor and report on test progress, defects, and overall quality metrics.
• Mentor and train team members in testing methodologies and best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement in QA processes and tools.
