Profile - Implementation Specialist (SaaS / B2B)

Location : Andheri East, Mumbai

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Implementation Specialist to manage the end-to-end implementation of a leading SaaS / cloud-based supply chain automation platform for the FMCG industry. The role involves client coordination, product configuration, data management, and ensuring seamless onboarding and Responsibilities :

• Manage complete client implementation and onboarding processes .
• Configure software solutions as per client requirements.
• Handle master data, service requests, and troubleshoot data-related issues.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Conduct UAT, manage go-live activities , and ensure user adoption post-deployment.
• Generate client reports and provide product training and Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with computer and mobile applications.
• Understanding of FMCG business processes preferred.
• Experience in SaaS implementation or client support is an added advantage.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, startup environment.
