We’re looking for a dynamic Senior HR Lead to

spearhead HR Business Partnering across our business verticals

at Entero Healthcare — one of India’s fastest-growing healthcare distribution platforms.

This isn’t your typical HR role — it’s for someone who wants to

build, lead, and transform .

You’ll partner closely with business heads, drive performance, culture, and capability, and shape HR strategies that fuel Entero’s next phase of growth.

What You’ll Drive :

End-to-end HR Business partnering across multiple business clusters

Partnering with business heads / Regional P&L Leads to align people strategy with growth

Talent development, performance, and culture transformation

Building scalable people processes in a fast-growing listed ecosystem

What You Bring :

Strategic HR mindset with strong business orientation

Hands-on experience in driving HR across diverse verticals / regions

Proven ability to influence leadership and manage change

Passion for building scale and delivering tangible business outcomes

Experience in

#Medtech / # Pharma / #Healthcare / #Ecommerce / #B2B /

environments (a plus)

A must have – MBA in HR from a reputed institute
