We are seeking a dynamic and seasoned professional to join our client as AVP – Leadership Hiring (Technology Practice). The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in executive search and leadership hiring within the technology domain. This is an individual contributor role with a strong focus on building and delivering high-impact hiring strategies for technology-led organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a robust leadership hiring strategy and roadmap for technology and digital roles.
- Drive end-to-end executive search mandates, ensuring top talent acquisition in Technology, Engineering, Product, Design function.
- Identify, attract, engage, and close senior and leadership-level candidates across the technology landscape.
- Partner closely with internal stakeholders and leadership teams to align hiring goals with business objectives.
- Lead candidate assessments to evaluate competencies, cultural fit, and leadership potential.
- Manage recruitment budgets, timelines, and search deliverables effectively.
- Build strategic talent mapping initiatives and maintain a strong external network of technology leaders.
- Ensure a premium candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements
Experience : 10–15 years of relevant experience in executive search or leadership hiring within the Technology sector.Executive Search Exposure : Proven track record in managing CXO, VP, and Director-level hiring mandates.Strong understanding of technology functions including Engineering, Product, Design, and GTM roles.Exceptional stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills.Strategic mindset with a consultative approach towards leadership hiring.Ability to work independently in a high-performance, fast-paced environment.Role Type : Individual Contributor
