Armaf Perfume is a luxury perfume house known for its sophisticated craftsmanship, timeless fragrances, and elevated brand storytelling. We're expanding our presence across digital and social platforms, and we're looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to drive authentic engagement with tastemakers, creators, and premium audiences.

Key Responsibilities :

• Strategy & Planning
• Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies tailored to the luxury and premium fragrance market.
• Identify and build relationships with key macro, micro, and celebrity influencers aligned with brand values and aesthetics.
• Plan seasonal and product launch influencer campaigns to enhance brand storytelling and reach.
• Campaign Execution
• Negotiate contracts, deliverables, and budgets with influencers and agencies.
• Oversee content creation to ensure alignment with brand tone, visual identity, and storytelling standards.
• Manage campaign calendars, deliverables, and performance tracking.
• Performance & Analytics
• Track, measure, and report influencer campaign KPIs including engagement, reach, ROI, and sentiment.
• Analyze campaign data to optimize strategy and identify high-performing partners.
• . Influencer Relationship Management :
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard influencers and creators that reflect the brand's aesthetic and values.
• Build and maintain long-term, meaningful relationships with influencers and talent agencies.
• Negotiate contracts, deliverables, timelines, and budgets in line with brand guidelines.

Requirements :

It's a Full Time 6 day working in office.
