About the Role

We’re on the hunt for a go-getter Influencer Marketing Manager who knows how to run mass influencer campaigns with speed, scale, and efficiency. Can hustle your way through large-scale barter collaborations, and know how to onboard creators quickly — this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Plan and execute large-scale influencer paid / barter campaigns across categories and platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
• ⁠Scout and onboard influencers at scale – quickly identifying the right creators based on campaign goals.
• ⁠Leverage your network of small agencies and influencer networks to bring in creators for barter-driven collaborations.
• ⁠Coordinate with internal teams (BD, strategy, tech) to ensure smooth delivery and quality output.
• ⁠Track campaign performance, deliveries, and deadlines to ensure high-impact results.
• ⁠Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and their managers for repeat collaborations.
