Job Overview :
Global Environmental Solution is seeking four dynamic Sales and Marketing Executives to represent our bio-medical waste management services across key districts of Uttarakhand. The ideal candidates will have strong connections within the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry and a proven track record in bio-medical waste or pharmaceutical sales .
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and connect with hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and healthcare facilities in the assigned region.
- Explain the importance and process of proper bio-medical waste handling and disposal.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with doctors and healthcare decision-makers.
- Negotiate and finalize service agreements and contracts.
- Develop and implement local marketing strategies to increase outreach.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
