Role Overview
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to expand our network of corporate, institutional, and sponsorship partners. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sports, skilled at business development, and capable of building long-term relationships that contribute to the company’s growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Corporate Partnerships :
- Identify, pitch, and secure medium to large-scale corporate contracts for sports events, tournaments, and employee engagement activities.
- Develop customized proposals and partnership packages.
1. Schools & Colleges Engagement :
Build tie-ups with schools, colleges, and universities for sports events, tournaments, and long-term coaching programs.Foster relationships with principals, sports coordinators, and educational boards.1. Sponsorship Acquisition :
Acquire sponsorship deals from startups, SMEs, and large corporations for sports events and programs.Create attractive sponsorship decks and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements.1. Marketing & Brand Building :
Assist in marketing campaigns to promote events, coaching programs, and sponsorship visibility.Collaborate with the digital marketing team for social media, PR, and outreach strategies.1. Client Relationship Management :
