Role Overview :

We are seeking a proactive and strategic Client Servicing professional to bridge the gap between clients and our internal teams. This role combines strong client relationship management with expertise in social media strategy and digital marketing execution. You will be responsible for understanding client briefs, developing aligned social strategies, and ensuring the flawless execution of campaigns across platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

Client Servicing & Relationship Managemen t :

  • Act as the primary point of contact between the agency and assigned clients.
  • Understand the client’s requirements / brief and ensure internal teams deliver relevant, creative, and strategic solutions.
  • Present ideas and campaign strategies to clients, obtain necessary approvals, and finalize the approach for execution.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-term client relationships by delivering consistent, high-quality service.
  • Create project timelines, budgets, and status reports; ensure timely delivery and client alignment.
  • Effectively communicate client feedback to internal teams and ensure revisions are implemented as needed.
  • Track competitor brands to uncover market trends and insights that will shape a distinct brand approach.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to grow existing accounts.
  • Social Media Strategy & Campaign Execution :

  • Develop data-driven social media strategies aligned with client goals and brand positioning.
  • Design, manage, and optimize paid social media campaigns that support broader marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with creative, media, digital, and production teams to ensure campaign delivery meets client expectations.
  • Monitor social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep strategies fresh and competitive.
  • Participate in ideation, brainstorming sessions, and campaign strategy discussions.
  • Client Coordination – Shoots & Other Services :

  • Manage all aspects of client communication and coordination beyond social media — including design, branding, video, production, and campaign shoots.
  • Liaise between clients and creative / media / production teams to ensure clarity and alignment.
  • Coordinate pre-production and post-production requirements for brand shoots and ensure timely delivery.
  • Track deliverables across service lines, maintain timelines, and manage expectations.
  • Content Planning & Performance Analysis :

  • Plan and maintain content calendars aligned with marketing initiatives and brand narratives.
  • Monitor, track, and analyze campaign performance across platforms using analytics tools.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and performance audits to uncover opportunities and inform future strategies.
  • Prepare campaign evaluation reports and provide actionable insights to clients.
  • Requirements :

  • Proven experience in client servicing, account management, or digital marketing.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a creative, digital, or branding agency. ( MANDATORY)
  • Excellent communication skills (spoken and written English).
  • Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and analytical capabilities.
  • Deep understanding of digital media platforms and marketing trends.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and passionate about delivering results.
  • Strong leadership, relationship-building, and project management skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and take initiative.
  • Ability to handle shoots and production timelines confidently and independently.
