Role Summary :

We are seeking a highly analytical and process-driven Marketing Operations Manager to join our Growth Marketing team. This role is essential in driving operational excellence, optimizing marketing technology, and enabling data-driven decision-making to accelerate pipeline growth and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities :

Marketing Technology & Automation

• Manage and optimize marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and ensure seamless integration with CRM systems like Microsoft Dynamics.
• Manage existing MarTech stack, evaluate and implement new tools to improve marketing performance, scalability, and personalization.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with global data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
