About Indulge Creamery :
Indulge Creamery is Bandra's newest premium café, built around creative ice cream sundaes, small-batch baked goods, and all-day brunch. Our menu features gourmet sandwiches, elevated burgers, and modern egg dishes that rival the city's top independent cafes. Set for multi-city expansion, our 20-seater flagship uses a fully electric live kitchen and base production facility.
Role & Responsibilities :
Take ownership of your kitchen section (sandwich, burger, egg, or dessert) for mise en place, live firing, plating, and service
Prepare, assemble, and finish gourmet sandwiches, burgers, and egg dishes at an open live counter
Execute base prep in coordination with the prep kitchen for breads, baked goods, and desserts
Innovate with consulting chefs and leadership on new ice cream, sundae, and brunch recipes—helping refresh and elevate the menu
Train and mentor junior cooks to achieve speed, precision, and quality
Enforce HACCP standards for kitchen hygiene, food safety, and daily cleaning
Support record-keeping, inventory checks, and safe ingredient storage
Represent Indulge Creamery's standards and culture as we expand across major outlets and malls.
Requirements :
3-5 years as CDP / DCDP in a premium café, bistro, QSR, or bakery environment
Skilled with electric, induction, fryer, and live counter prep
Demonstrated ability with sandwiches, burgers, eggs, and plated desserts
Working knowledge of HACCP and modern kitchen SOPs
Energetic, reliable, and passionate about both savory and sweet menu innovation
Eagerness to grow with a new brand poised for national rollout
Location : Bandra (W), Mumbai
Salary : ₹28,000–32,000 per month (based on experience)
