Chef de Partie - Burger Section

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Grill Chef de Partie (CDP) with a strong background in burger making . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating grills and ovens, preparing traditional burger meats, and sauces. You will be responsible for managing the grill station, ensuring consistency, flavor, and quality in every dish.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare and cook grilled items such as burgers
• Marinate meats using authentic spice blends and recipes
• Operate and maintain grills according to safety and cooking standards
• Ensure all food preparation and presentation meet quality and consistency standards
• Work closely with the kitchen brigade to ensure smooth service during peak hours
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station at all times
• Monitor and manage food stock, prep levels, and waste control for the grill section
• Assist in training commis chefs and junior staff as required
• Uphold food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times
