Job descriptionRisk team will be analysing the financial statements and assessment of credit requests, including new requests, changed requests, refinancing, annual due diligence and also provide recommendations tied to analysis and assessment of credit risk. Present analysis, findings, and recommendations to managers, especially findings that involve a borrower's ability to repay. Analyse financial and business risk for financial institutions / Corporates and provide accurate update on their overall business model from a risk perspective. Be brilliant with numbers, analysing financial statements, interpreting data and solving problems. Understand the balance sheet and analyse financial statements. Participate in due-diligence and analysis, preparation of credit proposals, undertaking market research and presenting to the management. Experience in developing risk score card / risk score models would be an added advantage. Experience in conducting due diligence in various sectors like retail, manufacturing, Hospitality, Food and beverage, financial sector will be required. Make sense of global markets and macros – economic analysis, drivers, what regulators do. Assess the credit risks and suggest suitable risk mitigants. Present and provide recommendations to credit committee around risk portfolio of the clients based on multiple aspects. Help Stitch and execute a deal where necessary with the client solutions team. Manage and influence internal as well as external stakeholders. CA with 3-6 years of relevant credit assessment experience in corporates. Structured credit / lending or portfolio / credit monitoring teams of Banks / NBFCs / PE / Debt funds / Rating agencies Experience in handling due diligence or transaction advisory. Be brilliant with numbers, analysing financial statements, managing, and interpreting data and solving problems - to aid in credit underwriting Have excellent report writing and communication skills Possess a good eye for detail and have demonstrated ability to work under tight timelines Be willing to travel extensively pan-India for on-field monitoring of clients Founder-led entrepreneurial set-up which is defined by speed, agility and creativity Highly empowered and critical role, which makes a difference to Vivriti Capital Young, energetic, and highly talented Teams Hard work is the defining aspect of the organization
