    Non-Negotiable Qualifications

    ️Current HPE MASE Certification + 3-5 years with HPE / VMware stacks

    ️Proven track record managing $5M+ hardware / cloud portfolios

    ️Fluent in business-value storytelling (can explain ROI to CFOs)

    Gold-Standard Differentiators

    ️Nutanix NPP / NPX certifications

    ️Experience with government IT procurement

    ️Professional working Arabic proficiency
