Job description

Digital Marketing (Growth) Manager, a key member of the marketing team, will be responsible for driving business goals as well as building the brand for Piramal Realty using digital channels. This role will report into the Digital Marketing Head for Piramal Realty

Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end execution of paid campaigns in collaboration with media agency; monitor campaign performance and drive optimization tasks to achieve pre-defined campaign objectives.
  • Demonstrate digital as a key enabler of revenue growth by measuring the impact of digital across the funnel using metrics such as CPL, CPQL, CPSV and revenue contribution.
  • Regularly update & maintain a dashboard to ensure timely & accurate assessment of digital performance across channels & platforms.
  • Collaborate with agency partners to enhance the web experience across owned channels (corporate website, project microsites, campaign landing pages, Blogs etc) by identifying areas of improvement and implementing best-in-class user experience practices.
  • Implement a robust and dynamic SEO strategy in collaboration with agency partners, to deliver consistent & steady growth on key metrics for organic channels.
  • Drive the content marketing agenda for the organization by collaborating with internal brand teams, external agencies, and content creators.
  • Identify, experiment with innovative / emerging approaches in digital marketing through understanding of hypothesis testing, A / B testing and analytics.
  • Be the primary liaison for the brand with external stakeholders including agency and content partners, property portals, affiliate partners, technology partners etc.
  • Working closely with the Pre-Sales & Sales team to drive revenue.

Qualifications

  • 7-10 years’ experience in leveraging digital for driving performance objectives (a must have) and brand objective (a good to have) either in an agency or as an advertiser.
  • Hands on experience in the creation and maintenance of web assets like corporate website, blogs, campaign landing pages and microsites etc.
  • Hands on experience with marketing automation platforms or email marketing platforms will be a plus.
  • Thorough understanding of Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Google My Business Listings, Salesforce Sales & Marketing Cloud, WordPress
  • In-depth knowledge and hands on experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, Google Sheets
  • Ability to manage multiple external and internal stakeholders.
  • Real estate experience preferred
