Responsibilities
Drive sales of residential and / or commercial real estate projects.
Lead client engagement from inquiry to closure – including site visits, negotiations, and final bookings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and brokers.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets.
Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams to support lead generation and post-sales services.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
Provide regular sales reports and insights to management.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism.
Requirements :
Minimum 3+ years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in the Mumbai region.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market, including Sobo, Central, and Western Mumbai.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
Preferred Qualities :
Ability to build rapport quickly with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs).
Strong understanding of property documentation and sales processes.
Familiarity with CRM tools and real estate platforms.
