We’re Hiring : Business Development Manager (1–2 Years Experience)

Qualification : Bachelor’s Degree (in Business, Marketing, or related field)

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth

Develop and maintain long-term client relationships

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business strategies

Collaborate closely with marketing and operations teams to deliver results

Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

1–2 years of experience in business development or sales

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office Suite is an advantage
