About the Role :
ICICI Lombard is looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Customer Relationship Executive for its Navi Mumbai location. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and minimum 1 year of experience in any sales industry . This role focuses on managing customer queries providing policy support and ensuring excellent service delivery.
Key Responsibilities :
Interact with customers and understand their general insurance requirements.
Handle customer queries related to policy details renewals claims and documentation.
Maintain customer records and update information accurately in the system.
Follow up with customers to ensure quick and complete resolution of issues.
Coordinate with internal departments for escalations and problem-solving.
Deliver high-quality service aligned with ICICI Lombard standards.
Perform upselling or cross-selling activities when required.
Requirements :
Minimum 1 year of experience in any sales industry (mandatory).
Education : HSC / Graduate preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office CRM).
Customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving ability.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
